My Personal Quality Guarantee:  I am so excited to show you how great your hair can be! I guarantee the quality of my colors, cuts and styling services. I am a firm believer in thorough consultation so that you can have clear expectations of your in-salon hair treatments, results and home maintenance. I love to design low-maintenance styles and colors as much as I enjoy showing you my current favorite ways to style a more involved look.

Due to limited availability and increasing clientele, please review my business policies before requesting an appointment. Requesting an appointment is a contract with me that you have read and agree to the following:

 

  • Cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours before your reservation.
  • No-Shows / No-Calls result in a full payment of the ‘no-showed’ appointments and a deposit for future bookings.
  • Same-day cancellations are subject to 70 % of the service cost and a deposit for future bookings unless otherwise specified. 
  • Deposits and Prepayments are automatically refunded when you cancel up to 24 hours prior to your reservation.
  • Please don’t use social media to last-minute cancel an appointment, unless I confirm with you, it will count as a no-show.
